Dr. Richard Lee Kraines, MD

Dr. Kraines is by far the best doctor I have ever been to see. He practices medicine in a way that I have never seen any other doctor do. He meets his patients at the door, is on time, and is beyond thorough. He follows up with patients via personal phone calls and will do anything to expedite test results or procedures. He is a wealth of knowledge and totally capable of helping with health concerns. There is no other way to describe him, but, simply the best!

Dr Kraines is wonderfully conscientious. He routinely calls with test results within a day, has often gone to the HP Hospital Lab to get results so that he and I had them quickly. He follows up a visit disclosing an issue with a subsequent call to see if medication is working, how I'm doing, etc. He tells you how much time you will have which keeps him always prompt with appointments. I have never experienced him over scheduling patients. In my experience, they don't make doctors like this anymore, and we are all the poorer for it.

Dr Kraines is the most conscientious doctor I have ever had. He always calls with test results by the next day if possible and consistently checks on paitients when diagnosing conditions. He is available to speak with patients each morning during his phone hour and is always prompt with appointments, never over scheduling patients.
