Dr. Richard Kwun, MD

Typically this emergency room is phenomenal. Fast service, TYPICALLY great nurses/ doctors. Today, I went in with neurological concerns and DOCTOR. Richard KWUN was absolutely dismissive and awful. (looking at all his other reviews, including at Redmond ER, this is quite typical for him.) He basically whispered the entire visit, did about 3 neuro tests which was just touching my leg and face. I asked for a second opinion, or better yet an opinion from an actual neurologist. which he then told me he was the "only" doctor there. Lie, as I had seen several others when leaving. At the end of the appointment, I said I would truly like to be reevaluated by someone who cares and he goes "ha you're being discharged GEEZ" if you go here, and this is your doctor, I mean In all seriousness, run. He could care less, will not go the extra mile and will tell you "sometimes we can't figure things out" after doing basically no testing.

Also passed off. He was dismissive, rude, and lacked empathy. He was the most rude uncaring doctor I’ve ever met in my life. I was in the worst pain and he could care less. Unprofessional slamming the door and shaking his head at me after I was telling him how scared I was being in so much pain. Gave me barely anything to cope with 100/10 pain and kicked out the door. Don’t think a dr like this should be practicing.

Rude and arrogant

Dr. Richard Kwun had absolutely no bedside manner, he was very arrogant and just wrote us off. He did not even examine or touch my wife, just passed us off to a nurse for a blood test. He was very rude and claimed that her health issues are not his problems. Will avoid Swedish as much as we can from now on.

I saw dr.kwan in emergency today. He is very caring and a good listener. Had me patched up aand out the door in no time Thank you!
