Dr. Richard Paul Lamon, MD

This physician had his mind made up regarding treatment plans before ever meeting me. He recommended a plan that would have caused significant harm to my physical body, and he was completely unwilling to understand (or believe) why his recommendation was actually quite medically damaging. He wouldn't listen to me or assist with creating a healthy, workable alternative that would comply with necessary protocol and yet not jeopardize my health and well being. He is advanced in age, and in my opinion could benefit society by retireing from medicine. His practice of medicine clearly violated the Hippocratic Oath stating that "first, do no harm." His only recommendation involved taking higher doses of a medicine that has already put my physical body in a compromised state, and would indeed "do harm." Please consider finding a different doctor who exercises compassion, good judgment, and patient centered care.
