Dr. Richard David Landers, MD

Doctor Landers is one of the most competent and caring physician I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and very through and enjoys in being a very good doctor. He takes the time to explain the conditions, the science and a plan of action. He is never short and listens to all my concerns. I feel very fortunate to be have him as my Doctor and would recommend him to anybody who likes a Doctor who can give you the straight truth.

He is the best doctor in the Valley.

Dr. Landers is one of the best Doctors I have seen anywhere in California. Professional and through about every detail. I would recommend him to anyone who really is looking for the best of the best.

I am 75 yrs old. He seems very competent and intelligent. However the umbrella that is FACEY he is working under does not allow him to be the good doctor i feel that he is. Doesn't listen. Zero follow ups and his nurse who finally does call back after many calls, is rude and not friendly. Provided no information on my past tests that were ran. Very impersonal. Only allows 20 minuted per visit and says he cannot give anymore due to schedule. Says he is sorry and closes door behind him.

I was thrilled during my appointment a doctor that actually seemed to try to get to the bottom of some issues. During the visit he gets a 4 star for touching on most of my concerns and then some. If only the follow up went as well. I give a 1 star. I had to call twice to get lab results and then it was given by his nurse. He ordered more labs, then I went for them only to find out more were ordered and had to be in 2 more weeks, and I had no idea what they were for, no one ever called. Then 10 days after I took them, again after 2 phone calls the nurse called to give me the results. She said if I needed further explanation I need to make an appointment. It is really too bad. An excellent doctor with absolutely no follow up. So unfortunately he becomes a 1 star.

He is very attentive and caring. Excellent with follow ups and listens to you and evaluates what you are saying is truly an issue and takes action accordingly. I would highly recommend Dr. Landers to anyone who's looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Lander was great, caring, very professional and listened well. He was very thorough. The only thing I did not like was what seemed like a long wait in his exam room.

Doctor Landers is absoutely the most caring Doctor and has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. Doctor Landers is genuinely concerned about hispatients. I highly recommend him to anyone as their primary care physician or being seen by him since his specialty is pulmonary medicine. This Doctor is sooo deserving of the Compassionate Doctor's Award 2010!!!

arrogant and unwilling/unable to listen to my concerns. his only concern was to insist on scheduling a physical although i had already taken a physical from another doctor six months prior and received clean bill of health.
