My wife came here 2 years ago , and was extremely happy with the service she received, so when it came time to get my teeth done it was a no brainer I came here, they have some new faces in the office but we didnt think any thing about it, BOY HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED! They called 2 days before my first impression appt and told me abunch of insurance stuff I dont understand ( they have been asked to called my wife with that kind of stuff ) so of course my wife had to call them to clarify the situation, WHen she called the lady at the front desk was extremely rude spoke over her and just kept repeating things have changed we no longer accept your insurance, my wife had questions on how we could make arrangements to pay the full amount out of pocket but the lady wouldn't let her speak, frustrated and confused my wife called our insurance company, Finds out how to file the claim with the insurance herself and calls Dr Levoys office back to try and ask some questions so we can figure out… the best route to pay since we now need 2k more in 48 hrs, she left a message and sonya called my wife told my wife I lied no one told me they wouldn't file the claim? My wife explained she was at work with a customer and would have to call back , when she called back they refused to speak to her she left several messages no one called her back , I left a message and Dr.Levoy called me himself, SAID WE DO NOT FILE INSURANCE CLAIMS ANYMORE AND never once were we given the ability to make arrangements to pay Dr. Levoy just told me his feelings aren't hurt if I take my business else were. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE MY WIFE IS A PAID PATIENT WHO HAS PRE PAID FOR ALIGMENT SERVICES AND THEY REFUSE TO EVEN ANSWER HER CALLS! WE NEVER SAID WE DIDNT WANT THE SERVICE WE JUST NEEDED MORE INFORMATION ON HOW TO GO ABOUT MAKING A PAYMENT ARRANGMENT OR IF A PAYMENT ARRANGMENT WAS AN OPTION LIKE THEY OFFERED PREVIOUSLY,! DR LEVOY IS ONE OF THE BEST DENTIST IN THE AREA BUT HIS OFFICE STAFFS PHONE ETIQUATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE DIGUSTING! MY WIFE CRIED ALL DAY YESTERDAY FROM THE WAY SHE WAS TREATED BY THESE PEOPLE AND NOW WE ARE STUCK TRYING TO FIND ANOHTER DENTIST AND HAVING TO PAY EVEN MORE MONEY JUST BECAUSE NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE HAS THE ABILITY TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! I AM DISGUSTED IN HOW WE HAVE BEEN TREATED IN THIS SITUATION ALL WE NEEDED WAS MORE INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO GO ABOUT PAYING CASH !!! AND THIS IS HOW WE WERE TREATED ! SO WARNING THEY DO NOT FILE INSURANCE ANYMORE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND FILE THE CLAIM YOURSELF DO NOT EVEN ASK ABOUT THIS OPTION BECAUSE THEY IMMEDIATLEY TREAT YOU LIKE SCUM . mY WIFE HAS REFFERED SEVERAL CLIENTS TO THEM AND THESE PEOPLE DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL HER BACK OR GIVE US A CHANCE TO FIGURE A CASH PAYMENT OUT.

Very friendly and informative. Made me a top denture that makes me glad to smile now. Luckily my daughter who worked for a dental office made an impression of my original teeth. I had original set made in Groesbeck. I don’t know whose teeth those were but they were not mine. I brought my impression with me and his staff made me a beautiful copy of my teeth. Very comfortable! Love my smile now. Thanks Dr Levoy and staff!

They charged me 75 dollars for x-rays they should have checked blood pressure before x-rays scammed out of 75 dollars

His staff are very nice,but this man made me some dentures that are turned in toward my throat,the bottom dentures are like baby teeth,I showed him a picture of prior to these dentures and he agreed it looks nothing like me now..I absolutely have on top lip know. These dentures look like "Bubba",I have been thru many surgeries,breast cancer,chemotherapy, etc. And those things did not bother me but my face is so distorted now,I am so embarrassed to even be around anybody,much less going out in public. Oh,and he did say he made these teeth the way they are for eating,but if I wanted him to he could make me a COSMETIC SET... Really!!!@

Staff and doctor very informative and very helpful and concerned delivers a denture that you will will be proud of

My daughter needed dentures, We schedule an appointment,He pulled 28 teeth in one day,and fitted her dentures, Had to pay alittle extra to get same days service.He has a fantastic crew,Was so happy with his services,I already had dentures for over 25 years, I went ahead a got a new upper dentures,They fit perfect,no rubbing or pain nowhere.Have already directed 3 people to his services,

You will NOT find a better Dentist than Dr. LaVoy. He is the best Dentist in Central Texas!

It's a very comfortable atmosphere. Dr Savoy is a caring dentist.
