Dr. Richard M Lennon

I experienced Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde . After two crowns there was something stuck between the crowns . It caused bleeding and discomfort. I waited two weeks for dr Lennon to examine my issue. Another visit and his associate dr Etzkorn found and removed something that alleviated the pain and bleeding. I jokingly remarked to dr Lennon he might need another pair of eye glasses. Dr Lennon jerked my arm rest open and rudely told me to leave and exclaimed “were finished” . I asked if he was joking and he again told me to leave. Talk about an obsequious personality. The office staff is superior beyond the best and only they probably know their bosses personality . Look everyone has bad days and makes mistakes he missed a foreign object and his partner saw it without any glasses on. Dr. Lennon’s kind of behavior was inappropriate from a educated doctor that missed something. Perhaps a new eye prescription is necessary and perhaps counseling. I’m still waiting for a apology. If you are ever not… pleased with the color of a crown or persistent pain don’t be afraid to speak up. You certainly deserve the best and believe me you paid A premium price. As for me I found another Dentist that understood everything and had not a hint of a sophomania personality.

This was my first visit and I am very impressed with the staff, office and level of care. Thank you Dr. Lennon, Alli and the people that checked me in and out. The entire office staff was nice and pleasant. I will be back for all my dental care!

Fantastic Staff with an awesome dentist who does not do unnecessary work. Always looking out for the patient. Dr Lennon is the best!
