I waited 2 hours in the waiting room with no explanation from the staff. From what I overheard he was not even in the office and the other patients noted that this was not unusual. When I did get into the room he had my chart from a previous encounter about 8 years prior and he was reading it out loud. I had to explain everything to him. He sent me for testing which I completed the next day. I waited and waited for results and he never called me. Then I started calling the office and they said they would get back to me. Still waiting! It has been several months, but I did manage to get the office staff to tell me it looked "OK". I am totally disgusted.
