Dr. Richard Yen-Tsai Liu, DDS

I think Dr. Liu is a good dentist from a practical stand point, but he is not a caring dentist. I went to him with a sore tooth, which at first he thought was related to a gum issue. When the pain continued, I returned to Dr. Liu and he recommended I see a root canal specialist. It turned out I needed a root canal and had it done. The root canal specialist told me that I needed to schedule a time to get my tooth capped. Dr. Liu had been sent my records by the root canal specialist, but at no point in time told me I needed to come in quickly to get my tooth capped otherwise I could risk losing it. Had he bothered to do so, I'd still have my tooth today. Instead by the time I went in to get my tooth capped it had cracked and had to be removed. When I pointed out to Dr. Liu that had he let me know that I needed to immediately get it capped that I would have, could have cared less and said my losing my tooth was entirely my fault. As a result of Dr. Liu's lack of caring patient follow-up… I endured a tremendous amount of pain, ended up needlessly paying for a root canal, and worst of all am now missing a tooth.

From the moment you step in the door you know; professionals, caring, reasonable expense, courteous, current, and clean. I am fortunate to have an awesome dentistry team taking care of me. High regard for Dr. Liu and Robert.
