I saw Dr Lotshaw during my pregnancy. I had hyperemesis gravitating throughout my pregnacy and this doctor will barely change my medication when it wouldn’t work. Everytime I went in for an appointment he will reach me and sometimes will make me feel like my concerns were not that important. He did not even show up at my birth. Horrible. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Horrible experience; he dismissed issues as being in my head; didn’t do proper diagnostics; his treatment plans were bandaids, not real solutions to the problem; refused to ackowledge side effects of medications; wouldn’t consider alternate treatments (surgery) to meds. Did not improve my fertility because he didn’t recognize endometriosis; later sought treatment with the Center for Endometriosis Care in GA and that surgery proved him wrong on several points (and they did what he couldn’t do - gave me a pain-free existence without the need for dangerous medications).

I was neglected by Dr. Lotshaw, he let me in labor for 3 days. Then when i was finally admitted to the hospital my sons heart rate was critically low, Dr. lotshaw did nothing about it for 30 min. needless to say i won my Lawsuit. There is so much more detail, but im not getting into it. Tbhis is a warning stay away from this man. When my son was dying Dr. Lotshaw said, Dont worry you can have more kids, He then left my room. He is heartless and has absolutely no compassion for his patients!!!
