Dr. Richard Gregory Lucarelli, DO

Dr. Lucarelli is a dishonest person. I saw him for a workman’s comp case and he billed me for things we did not discuss. His office staff James said they removed the extra charges from my account, but refused to remove false information from my my chart. Dr. Lucarelli told his staff he would not talk to me and for his staff not to speak to me about it either. A dr can’t act like an adult and do the right thing. Poor attitude, liar and sorry dr..

Dr. Lucarellli likes to talk but not listen. His staff is rude. I waited for 4 hours and left without being seen.

Went to my appt with Dr. Lucarelli today and he had the afternoon off yet I had an appt! I needed refills and they refused to contact him or ask another dr. to write them for me. Wanted me to come back the next day...sure! Once before I was kept waiting 4 hours and never seen. Then they did not want to credit my account for the co-pay. Also when I had a detached retina over a weekend I called and was told to go to the ER. I called the ER and they said there was nothing they could do and that my doctor should find a retinal doctor to see me. At my first visit he wanted me to see a neuro, gyn and have an ultrasound even though I explained that my insurance would not pay for those appts and he was pissy when I did not make the appts. The staff seems totally inept at during their jobs especially the receptionist. I asked for my medical records and she refused to speak to me so I had to call the police involved to get my records. A horrible office.

The experiance was a pleasant one.I will reccomend serviceses to others.

I love the staff here, and dr. Luc has taken care of both my parents and now me. I appreciate his professionalism and caring attitude. Everyone here is a great asset to the practice.
