Dr. Richard Joseph Lukenda, DDS

We have tried many different dentists for years. We found Dr. Lukenda two years ago and he turned out to be the best of all of them. Of course we want to make him our permanent go-to dentist. Unfortunately, our insurance carrier messed up and failed to issue my new ID card with his name on it. Per his office policy, I cannot go to him anymore without his name on the insurance card. After many stressful and unsuccessful attempts with the insurance company, I had to ask Dr. Lukenda for help. He personally took time off to deal with my problem and resolved it expeditiously and I can now continue to visit him. He is the best. He is up-to-date with the state-of-the-art procedures, courteous, friendly and professional. His work is excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. From a satisfied patient with bad dental genes.

I am so upset by the terrible insensitive treatment given by Dr Lukenda. Rude comments like my "5 year old can do better " " He cant handle anything " " dont act like this there are girls in the room " basically telling my 10 yr old to " man up" while he was very rough with the cleaning and hurting my son ! Shame on you Dr !

Poor diagnosticians for periodontal infections, poor X-ray imaging, ignores obvious symptoms of infection, poor examination causing tooth abscess on missed cavity due to lack of exam thoroughness

Dr lukenda is the best.. You don't even feel him working on you, he makes you feel at ease and comfortable. I would never go to another dentist.
