Quick & painless. Dr. Marcus is also a very entertaining person which really put me at ease.

I had a root canal done with Dr. Marcus and subsequently had to have it redone because one of the roots was not removed. My dentist and new endo both observed the work to be sloppy and not done correctly.

Very nice doctors—assistants were very pleasant as well. My only complaint is I went for a terrible cyst they root canals that I could’ve told you would fail. The cyst in my gums was huge. They charged my insurance and maxed out the benefits for the year with 3 root canals just to fail and go for another costly procedure (apicoectomy) no one from the office made me aware of the cost until the day before and the doctor felt holding off until new year wasn’t a good idea. They told me to go for credit care which I was only approved for 1/3 of the procedure cost. Tried to make a payment plan but Tracy only wanted hundreds at a time so I tried to gather a large amount each time I could pay. I was only one month post op and they pressed me for hundreds at a time when I still had other dental work to pay off with my usual dentist. She didn’t care what happened in my life she needed an end date of payments. I told her I tried to do that but my numbers weren’t high enough for her. I was… extremely uncomfortable discussing finances with her, clearly she has no financial issues in her life which must be very nice but not all of us are as lucky. If the doctors can’t wait two months for complete payment they should let you know that before hand.

When my primary dentist told me, a few weeks ago, that I needed a root canal, I was terrified. For years, I have always associated root canal with pain. After this morning, no more fear. Dr. Marcus was wonderful. During the entire procedure, he was explaining each step, as well as the steps that would follow depending on what he saw. In between his explanations of the procedure, he continue to chat and keep me very much at ease. I honestly did not feel an iota of pain during the procedure. Now, three hours after I left his office, the numbness of the novocaine has worn off entirely, and I still feel great. I recommend him highly. And, by the way, I don't know many dentists/doctors who schedule 7AM appointments, which made is super easy for me to continue on to a near-normal work day.

I felt very uncomfortable in his chair. The way he spoke to me was not nice. Would never go back.

Very poor social. The Dr did not explain procedure or the cost involved with the root canal..Poor experience
