First off let me say got the Mirena was a really nice down-to-earth guy. After explaining to the doctor on how I've been throwing up for 2 months straight every single morning, he said he did at least get a cat-scan and try to have somebody from the gastro Department come and speak to me. His PA Chris comes over to me and asked me if I smoke weed? I answered no I Vape it. Immediately following the answer that I Vaped, all tests and visits were cancelled and I was discharged 15 minutes later. I explained that all my symptoms were exact that of an ulcer or the bacteria H pylori. The PA Chris completely wrote me off like I was totally ignorant and what I wear I was saying I had no idea what I was speaking of. They were pretty much convinced it was because I Vaped marijuana. Well I just got my endoscopy results back today, and guess what, I tested positive for h pylori. Maybe next time he should think differently how he treats his patients just because of what they like to indulge in. But… like I said , nice guy. But he and his PA were wrong.

met his doctor in emergency room and even though he did not treat me, he billed me, he did not send it to my insurance co but instead he immediately sent it to a collection agency. he is the problem with today's high cost of health care

Went to ER on Long Island and Dr. Marino appeared to be the only ER doctor there. He was busy but eventually came to treat me. He was professional, reassuring and provided me with excellent care.
