Dr. Richard Wood Martin, MD

Dr. Martin was excellent in discussing my treatment for RA and managing the symptoms. When I saw him last week, I had 5 specific questions to ask. He answered each thoroughly and completely. He may appear abrupt, but he is not. His humor is subtle. He listens to what I say and answers without being demeaning. I trust him and his knowledge of RA. My primary also has complete confidence in Dr. Martin.

Worse Dr I have ever been to. His bedside manner is terrible and he didn’t even give me a diagnosis just said he would send in 2 prescriptions, he never did. He ran other patients down, but didn’t hesitate to tell me how great he was.

Dr.Martin was my rheumatologist and when I told him I was getting a second opinion from another rheumatologist. He through a fit like a child. Told me I could not be seen in his building anymore and that he would write a permanent note flagging my files. And he refused to treat my pain so I had to go to the hospital.

Not really concerned with my issues terrible bedside manner.

just plain rude

This Doc is very intelligent- you can almost hear him thinking.patient, unerstanding and knowledgeable.
