Dr. Richard Gustave Masson, MD

Dr. Masson is no longer at the top of his game. He is computer illiterate and committed to doing things the way they once were. Convinced he knows better than anyone else, he ignores the opinions of his patients, their families and his collegues. He is very forgetful. We sought a second opinion & thank goodness we did.

Rude, abrupt, nasty disposition, uses threats and scare tactics.Do not ask him a question and expect a civil, calm respectable response.A question will be met with a then a short incomplete, get out of my office, stop wasting my time response.There are far too many other Pulmonary Physicians with far better diagnostic and personal interaction skills.When you are facing syncopy due to unknown pulmonary issues you want to feel your physician at least cares, that you are given the best possible care to fit your issue. Human compassion is not in Dr Masson's vocabularyThis is the type of doctor to avoid at all cost!
