WHAT A GREAT OFFICE! FRIENDLY STAFF, TIMELY, EDUCATE YOU AND MOST OF ALL MY CHILDS SMILE LOOKS AMAZING!

I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone. In our opinion they took my daughters braces off too soon and gave her bad advice on using her retainer only at night even though her teeth were moving every day. When her teeth had moved too much to keep the retainer in they said she would have to repeat the entire braces procedure at full cost. We found another orthodontist who agreed the braces had been removed too soon and put invisalign on her for 1/4th the cost McFarland would.

I gave each category for Dr. McFarland an "excellent" rating. Here's Why... Ease of Appointment: I always got in when I needed to, and they were really understanding when I had to reschedule a time or two. Comfortable Office: This office is GORGEOUS. It was recently remodeled, and I just felt relaxed when I was there because of the atmosphere. The waiting room has video games, magazines, internet access, snacks and drinks. Cleanliness: They keep everything in really great shape, and their tools are always sanitized. (I am a big germ freak, so this was important.) Advanced Technology: I'm not sure what constitutes as advanced technology in the orthodontics world, but I was offered several treatment options, not just traditional braces. Caring Manner: Dr. McFarland and his staff were kind to me each and every time I was in the office. If I ever had any questions, Donna was always helpful and ready to make anything clear. Carmen usually assisted with my teeth when I came… inâ?¦ She was a total sweetheart. Pain Minimized: I did have some pain when I first got my braces, but I guess you can't avoid that. Dr. McFarland told me what to do if I felt uncomfortable for the first week or so. It got better. Satisfaction: Completely Satisfied. My smile looks really good now, if I do say so myself. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Very friendly staff and great environment. Went to Dr. McFarland for invisalign and received excellent results. He and his staff kept me informed every visit. Would highly recommend if you want a beautiful smile!

Well I had a great experience at this office. Dr. McFarland kept me in the loop at each visit. My child actually looked forward to going to his orthodontic appointments. We never had to wait, which is big to me since I have several children and a busy schedule. Their teeth are beautiful and the journey along the way was awesome.

His office staff is very snooty and the customer is always in the wrong. Horrible experience and the doc doesn't care about making things right he just wants more money. His office staff messed up and they won't take ownership for what they did wrong.
