Dr. Richard T Mclanahan

Diane Szaras is a wonderful dental hygienist. She has never made me feel uncomfortable at any visit. She has never hurt me either. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth every 6 months. Dr. McLanahan is wonderful too! I have had him for at least 20 years now and I always recommend him to co-workers and family. He has never hurt me with any procedure and I will always recommend him to others. He is great!! Don't let him leave Western NY Dental ever! I would miss him tremendously. Keep up the great work WNY Dental!! People depend on you!

Very efficient and made my time there a comforting one

5 stars for hygienist Liz Ginnick ! She is calm, friendly & professional! I am a horrible patient-- I have a terrible fear of ALL dental work and she is always so reassuring and supportive. She explains everything and gives recommendations. Also 5 stars for Dr Hariton, whom i usually see, but she was not here on this date. She has gone above & beyond to put me at ease and fix my dental problems. Dr Mc was wonderful during this visit. Even the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I still don't like going to the dentist, and never will, but as one of the world's greatest dental cowards, I highly recommend this practice !
