Dr. Richard Alan Miller, DO

complaint started last Dec. 2018 when husband was so sick and I called office for help and never got an answer back so took him to the hospital for the help needed. WELL it just happened again along with other complaints along the way. Everyone has told me I really needed to find a new doctor and kept trying to give another chance. Dr. is on Vacation for two weeks now so had to see his PA and turns out she isn't much better or cares anymore either. Just a job I guess. THAN blames the office staff for not giving the phone message??? Confronted the girls in office to have TWO verify they really did give the message, the PA on duty just didn't care enough to call I guess?? RUN, look for someone who cares. I hate putting in a complaint like this and it would be too much to write it all that has happened in just the last 5 months. Find a younger doctor that still cares for his patients and one who hires a PA that knows what is up as well.

I have been going to dr. Miller for almost 25 years now. He definitely has saved my life. I have found dr. Miller and dr. Davis to be the best doctors anywhere. All the nurses at Trinity Hospital love them and say they are the most conscientious doctors that they have in their Network.

He is the best physician I have. His associate is good too! Dr. Miller has been my D.O. for over 10 years. He knows what he talks about.

Cannot say enough about Dr. Miller and the ladies in the office! They actually care about their clients and their continued well-being. I drive over 2 hours after moving to continue seeing Dr. Miller - difficult to find such a caring group of people so I won't give them up

I've been going to Dr. Miller about 5 years. I never have a long wait and Dr. Miller is always efficient and informative. I feel confident wiith the diagnosis and advice I receive. After bloodwork I get a call in a few days, not a few weeks like some doctors.

I just saw Doctor Miller and had the worst experience with Any Doctor Ever. His staff is Rude and inadiquate and Dr Miller rates his patients by how big their file is, the bigger file the least he wants to help as he waived my file at me and said I have had patients for two years and do not have this much paper work and stormed out of the examination room. He should be reported to the Medical board and have his practice looked into!

I found Dr. Miller to be very caring. He spent as much time with me as I needed. He was very courteous and listened to all I had to say. I would recommend Dr. Miller to my friends. The one bad review is in reference to the A.R.N.P. on staff in his office. Her name is Nancy and she's very, very rude.
