Dr. Richard Francis Mitchell, MD

Dr. Mitchell is a top notch doctor who really takes the time to listen to concerns both physically and mentally. He is very comprehensive in his care and extremely informed on the latest medical research. Overall, he has both the smarts and great bedside manner. He has walked me through some very difficult times.

I saw this physician for a routine preoperative physical prior to back surgery. I had never seen him before. Unfortunately I needed to be seen and he was the only Dr. available. It soon became obvious why. He walked into the room, after I had had the blood work & EKG, and blurted out " I am going to have to put a stop to this surgery". Those were the first words he spoke. He never introduced himself before going into a an alarming account of what he thought was wrong with my EKG and what the solution was. The whole appointment went down from there. One word-Quack. Ve
