Use Dr. Richard as a primary physician in the past at their old location. Waited about an hour for a scheduled appointment at their new clinic. Came in due to horrible back pain that I couldn't walk straight. The doctor didnt even see me, I was seen by a nurse practitioner, she talked to the doctor outside the room. All she wanted to do was prescribe me lots of pain meds and didnt want to order any exam to diagnose what was wrong. Seems like she was just playing doctor and guessed what to do next. Told me she didnt want to send me for xray/MRI because my pain wasnt from a car accident and she didnt want to expose my ovaries to radiation? I had to demand for her to just write the script. In the end, I went to a different MD and had a herniated disc. The desk staff also didnt tell me I wasnt covered by my insurance until after appointment since they are urgent care only.

Dr Mojares is courteous, attentive and cares about my well-being. He is a great doctor that has been serving the Monmouth county public for over 15 years.

one visit I waited in the exam room for almost an hour while the doctor was in the next exam room chatting with a patient about non-health related topics the entire time I was sitting in the next room - then she had the nerve to ask my why I was agitated! Second time I waited over an hour from my appointment time. I asked the front desk staff how much longer is my wait and they said there were 4 people ahead of me! Each of these visits I had a scheduled appointment. I think they double book to make more money! I took my family's medical records and found another doctor!
