Dr. Richard Lewis Neel, MD

Dr. Neel has been nothing but friendly and professional every time I have seen him. He genuinely wants to make you feel better.

Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet Dr. Neel. Husband and I had our first well visit to meet everyone and fill out the necessary paperwork to get us in the system. I had scheduled the appointment a week prior and was never given an appt. card just told we needed to arrive a 3:30p on January 9th. We arrived at 3:10pm thinking we were early and rudely we were told we owed a late fee. I tried to explain the fact we had an appointment at 3:30p so the both of us could have a well visit. The office staff had set up two separate visits but failed to advise me of this the day I walked in to schedule this visit. They were extremely rude so I asked for my medical card back and we left the office. This was a very unfortunate situation considering our good friend and primary physician passed away a month before. We were looking very forward to meeting the doctors and finding a medical office we felt comfortable going to in an emergency situation. I would not recommend this… office, not because of Dr. Neel but because of the front office staff he has. Apparently, he is not aware of how disrespectful these ladies are to new patients, but I would highly recommend he look into this and make some serious adjustments with some empathetic instruction on improving people skills.
