Newman, Ellen and another staffer in Mr. Newman's West Orange, NJ office are the most unprofessional and unethical "dental professionals" I've ever encountered. Newman, Ellen and another office staffer falsely accused me of not signing my son's Invisalign contract when I did. I **emailed** Newman's office a screenshot of the signed Invisalign contract. I also insisted on a written apology from Mr. Newman for his unacceptable mistreatment of this paying compliant customer. I also discovered a letter that Newman sent to a Dr. Mehta, thanking this person for referring me to his office. This never happened. This letter was a complete lie and fabrication. I filed several complaints with the New Jersey Dental Board about these incidents. I don't think the department required Newman to submit any affidavit or other sworn testimony, which would ensure he would tell the truth. As a result, I don't think the decisions about his professionalism and whether he kept accurate patient records were… examined with transparency and in-depth. Newman, Ellen and his staff are the most unprofessional, unethical people I've ever done business with. Not only do they blame their incompetence and lack of professionalism on a paying compliant customer, they produce mediocre results. Apparently, the bar for licensed dental professionals in New Jersey is very low.
