Wonderful person and good doctor. I am his loyal patient of 5years

Doctor Nielsen was rushed, incomplete, inaccurate and interrupted me many times as he bullet pointed out his report so that I could be rejected for SSD. He made false statements about my ability to walk properly adter 6 MRSA debridement surgeries. He denied that I had nerve danage of the medial plantar nerve that was cut in an operation overseas in which I nearly bleed to death. I have had no sensation or mobility progress in my foot and anke for 7 months and he calls out my prognosis as "fair to good". It was very obvious to me that Doctor Nielsen has no interest in writing an objective report and that his real expertise is to reject SDD applicants no matter if properly qualified to recive benefits or not. I did not choos to see him. He was appointed by the state. No nurse, no receptionist and a level of professional that makes me wonder how he is allowed to practice medicine here in Florida. Admitttedly, he had not even reviewed my medical records prior to my exam. I have… received medical care in 6 countries including Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. Despite those countries being "hardship" countroes, this visit was amongst the worst care I have ever received.

After reading the other review on here, I was certainly expecting the worst. I've read my share of Social Security doctor nightmares, and braced ...

I can't imagine how this man met all the requirements to get zan MD! He does not seem to be very knowledgeable, definitely does not inspire conf ...
