I am extremely disappointed with the care my mother received from this physician. During an already stressful hospital visit, he was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to communicate clearly about what was going on. When I asked about the possibility of a transfer, his demeanor noticeably changed. Instead of addressing the question professionally, he became short and refused to provide further explanation about her care. As a family member trying to advocate for my mother, that behavior was unacceptable. Patients and their families deserve transparency, compassion, and basic respect. At no point did we feel heard or supported. The interaction felt transactional, as if my mother was just another case to move along rather than a human being in a vulnerable situation. Communication is a fundamental part of healthcare. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would not recommend this provider based on our experience.
