Dr. Richard George Ohye, MD

I wouldn’t be to quick to sing this doctor’s praises. He botched our son’s surgery. He has been on life support for 7 days. He may or may not recover.

Richard was rude and unprofessional during our consult. He did his speech and then was rude about the additional questions I had claiming they were none of my business. He was condescending and said if I was so concerned “you should just do the surgery yourself”. I have never been spoken to by any professional as rudely as he spoke to me. He did not want to answer my questions or hear my concerns. He told me there is no reason why the nurses should tell me what they are planning to do to my INFANT son. We are finding care with another surgeon.

Dr. Ohye is kind, compassionate, engaging and very skilled. He always takes time to engage with my child and myself and seeks me out after surgery to update me personally.

Dr. Ohye performed open heart surgery on my 9 week old daughter. He was outstanding with providing information regarding the surgery and expecations during recovery. I recently found out that my daughter will need another surgery and Dr. ohye is the ONLY surgen I would gtrust my now 2 year old with. He gives me confidence and peace knowing that his care will allow my daughter a full healthy life.

Dr. Ohye performed open heart surgery on my 3 day old son. He saved his life! He's my sons angel.

We want to thank Dr. Ohye for all he has done for our son. We wouldn't have this precious life without his guidance and talent. Keagan has had four surgeries by Dr. Ohye and we 100% trust his opinions on Keagan's care.
