2 hour wait time. Last appointment was 3 hours!

Was on vacation and stumbled upon him and his great reviews (after seeing many bad reviews for urgent cares in the area). They got me right in. Got bit by a greenhead and my foot/ankle had tripled in size. Gave me a shot, called in prescriptions and also addressed me having congestion from a cold and asked if I needed to discuss anything related to my diabetes. Great bedside manner, staff was wonderful and humorous. Will surely go back if need be while down the shore.

Dr. Olarsch was fantastic and very funny with my teenaged daughter in with an ear infection. No appointment needed just walk in so that is the only reason we had to wait 30 min. He was extremely thorough and took his time. Definitely would go if needed again and would recommend to anyone needing care on your beach vacation

I was on vacation when I developed a sore throat and pressure in sinus..I looked up urgent care but dr olarsch popped up... they have walk-in hours and the receptionist told me to come right over the doctor took patients of all ages when I walked in there was a few people in front of me so I did have to wait a little and fill out paperwork but once you get back the doctor sees you quickly. He was super nice and made you feel comfortable and his bedside manner was better then I ever seen in a Dr., he joked though and said he failed that in medical school. .. after he examined me he told me he was calling me in a prescription and then went to the computer and immediately did it I had a text from CVS within 20 minutes. If you ever need a doctor and are staying in Wildwood please go here do not even waste your time going to an urgent care and driving off the island

worst office dr.orlarshe is ignorant and slow ,not funny he makes vulgar jokes. he doesnt even wear a lab coat any more. they staff is horrible. very rude ,my family and myself will NEVER go there again.
