Dr. Richard Aldo Orsi, MD

He was sharp enough to know that the "cyst" I was showing him could be serious form of cancer that should be turned over to an oncologist asap. His office expedited the referral. It is cancer and hopefully i took it to him in time.

I haven’t seen Dr. Orsi since 2007 but I would recommend him to anyone. Because of him, I am alive today. He always engaged me in conversation that led to him recognizing my symptoms of colon cancer when I was only 45 yrs old in 1997. I will be forever grateful.

Every time I come here I wait for at least 45 minutes. I’m going on 55 minutes as I write this. 40 minutes in the waiting room and now 15 in the patient room. Definitely finding a new office to go to. Our time is just as valuable as the providers time. They should have more respect for their patients.

I am having knee surgery and I needed to have Dr. Orsi sign off on my surgery. He runs blood tests only for my Physical. I explained to Dr. Orsi that my Ortho surgeon only will take care of the pain post - op, not pre-op and I should go to my primary Dr. So I asked Dr. Orsi to help me with the pain for a week and a 1/2 because I'm in sever pain and need a little help till the surgery.. Dr. Orsi refused to help me. I stated I would not be seeing him nor anyone else in this office. The next day Dr. Orsi's office called to say he wanted more blood work due to kidney disfunction and need urine sample as well...I did the blood, but was unable to pee at time. I found out it was for a drug test. This should have been done the day I was at his office. I explained I would not have hep-c because I donate platelettes to American Red Cross and they would not allow me to give blood if I was positive. Dr. Orsi still ordered this test. He is waisting my money and Medicare's money by doing… these tests for no reason. My appointment was for 1pm, I did not get seen until 1:50 pm...I am so disappointed with this Dr.'s office, that I am getting another Dr. I would not go through Knee surgery knowing I will be knocked out for a few hours if My Knee did not hurt as bad as it does.

The office staff is rude and impatient. Dr Orsi has no bed side manner and is only intersted in keeping a patient for the Fee. He cares nothing about the patient. He asked stupid questions that make no sense, then does not like the answer that My 80 year old mother gave him. We will be leaving this practice. And Good Riddens..

Does not listen well to patients. Seems to argue like a lawyer more than listen to you. Jumps to conclusions for which he has no actual concrete evidence.

Great service. Gives me confidence knowing they are there.

Dr Orsi has been my Dr for 22 years, he is brilliant, takes all the time each patient needs, that is why he runs late ,you do not leave his office with out a follow up apt, so if u dont feel he follows up, its because you didnt return for your scheduled apt. This man is the most dedicated doc i have ever been to, he is making phone calls from home all hours of the nite and weekends.If you need to be aware of something.When u call for a sick visit, he sees u the same day,his schedule is always open for emergencies.He is a very caring doctor, he tells it like it is, thats what i pay for, not some one who sugar coats things.You have to give respect to get respect.Remember , Doctors are human, they are not God and NO ONE is perfect, but he is as close as u can get.

You work hard for your money and to pay your insurance premiums, so find another family practicioner. Dr. Orsi doesn't feel he owes his patients any respect, so spend your money elsewhere. For the average level of service, you can find a more attentive, caring physician.
