First patient of the day. Waited 40 minutes --- no Dr. Palmer.

I had my consult with Dr Palmer. Staff was super nice. Wait time was about 15 min. Dr Palmer was very nice, patient and explained everything despite me having a fussy 1 year old during the visit ?? Scheduled to have my abdominoplasty now, very excited!

Stay away! Procedure failed epically and they would not address the issue to my satisfaction. They wanted to charge me the full amount AGAIN, for a procedure that didn't even last 1 month! He is NOT a board certified Plastic Surgeon and it shows!

Dr. Palmer and his staff are very professional and kind. They addressed all my needs and concerns and made me very comfortable during my procedure. I drive an hour and a half to Dr. Palmers' office and he is well worth the trip. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a surgeon.

Dr. Palmer and his staff are outstanding. Ever since I went to his clinic my friends have been marveling at the condition of my skin and wondering how itâ??s better than it was 5 years ago. I thought Iâ??d had good care at the cosmetic clinics Iâ??d been to before but Palmerâ??s seems to be on another level. For starters the prices are better. And no one there tried to sell me anything I really didnâ??t need. We talked a lot about what would give me the most bang for the buck. Over a few years Iâ??ve gone to Palmer for multiple botox injections, very aggressive laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion and the PRP injection/vampire facelift. I was pleasantly surprised with the results each time except maybe for microdermabrasion where I got pretty much what I was expecting. I canâ??t recall the details but I know that Palmer takes some extra steps in the PRP procedure to ensure better separation of the platelets from the rest of the blood. The girls there, Kelly and Charlotte, did my botox.… Iâ??m pretty sure the results were a little better than Iâ??ve gotten elsewhere. Every visit except one my time in the waiting room was close to zero. The exception was a 20 min wait.

Dr. Palmer has done several cosmetic procedures on me and I would never go anywhere else! He is an amazing Doctor and his nurse makes you feel SO comfortable! They also made it easy for me to make payments.
