Dr. Richard Alfred Parent, DDS

Dr. Parent is a Gainesville dentist who is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry and has been practicing in Gainesville, FL for over 15 years.  He is currently on the council of National Board of Dental Examiners, on staff at North Florida Regional Medical Center, and is a graduate of the Kois Center for Dental Excellence.  Dr. Parent has studied at the Pankey Institute and the Dawson Institute, has served as a Visiting Clinical Instructor with the University of Florida College of Dentistry. While working towards his D.M.D. at the University of Florida, Dr. Parent served as the UF College of Dentistry Class President and Psi Omega Dental Fraternity President.  His volunteer work in Gainesville includes Project We Care Dental Clinic, ACORN Dental Clinic, Gainesille Community Ministries Dental Clinic, CPR Instruction, and coaches youth soccer, baseball, basketball, and flag football teams.
