I am furious with Dr. Patt. I just took my geriatric mother to see him and found him perfunctory and cool. He took no time what so ever to hear my concerns and dimissed us by saying "put her in a nursing home". I will be writing a letter to the clinic.

I have never had such a traumatic experiance with an office manager and receptionist in my life. They diagnosed me, denied my prescription refil for my thyroid med. I faxed you a note requesting you contact me regarding a serious issue. I left 3 messages as well. You office manager said you did not want to return my calls. I just had a hysterectomy, a seizure and was refused access to you! You are a negligent doctor if you are aware if this and did not show me the courtesy of a phone call after 3 weeks. I have to wait to see a specialist for 8 weeks and I can not get a synthroid refill after 3 blood test in 3 months. I was lied to by your receptionist she said she was a licensed health proffesional and I could not have a refil. After 25 years of having a thyroid condition this is unbelievable. The pharmacy tried to contact you for a refil for three weeks as well.
