Very unprofessional. Didn't wear a mask. Coughing repeatedly. Flippant about my condition. I will find another surgeon.

Great at his job, I highly recommend him to anyone.

Going to doctor is never fun, but this guy knows his stuff and did an excellent job in my case. I would recommend him to anyone.

Liked initially, but no communication surgery day, staff was rude post-op and terrible wait times.

I"m almost 34 years old and have never had surgery before and was completely freaked out! Dr Payha and his staff made the me feel so at ease. He and his staff have a very relaxing nature about them and I loved the fact that they had a sense of humor! I had a lump in my breast and the incision was decently large, but the bruising was surprisingly minimum and the pain was as well. He is very upfront and doesn't sugar coat which I appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone if you ever need to have surgery!

Dr. Payha is kind and caring physician with a sense of humor. The patient who gave him one star is obviously missing the boat when it comes to his humor. But clearly he operates on many personality types, and IQ levels-so not everyone is going to understand him. I would say that anyone with an average IQ or higher would get his sense of humor and see him as a very good, non-threatening surgeon.

He's done great work on my hernias.In response to 'VITALS comments: said he should "have given me a colostomy"' ! The Doctor does have a funny sense of humor, but who could blame him considering his gruesome line of work!I would recommend him, absolutely.
