Dr. Richard Alan Pervos, MD

Our friends recommended Dr. Pervos and we decided to join his practice when our pediatrician retired a few weeks ago. I called the office and asked office manager Erin regarding paperwork needed to transfer our two sons’ medical records from the current place to the new one. Two weeks later when all records were copied and paid for Dr. Pervos’s office refused to accept our boys as patients. We wanted to talk to Erin again and left a message for her asking to call us back. Nobody bothered to call us. When we reached the office again the receptionist (Alicia) stated that Erin called us twice and left two messages on our answering machine - it was an outrageous lie, Erin herself refuted this statement a few days later. We found excellent pediatrician, fortunately there are still children medical practices that combine knowledge and professional expertise with honesty and ethics, Dr. Pervos’s practice is not one of them.

I feel like this is one of the better practices we have in the suburbs. The office staff is a bit snobby, but the pedestrians are excellent.

Dr. Pervos has been our pediatric physician for 14 years. Our two children continue to see him annually and on an as needed basis. His bedside manner is wonderful and he has consistently proven to give sound medical advice and guidance for us. The staff is always courteous and helpful.

Excellent, caring doctor. I have every confidence in Dr. Pervos. He gave me advice and insight about my two children that went beyond what most Doctors offer. One of my son's was very sick and he offered to stay late at the office on a weekend to see him.

While due with my first, I initially set up 3 different consultations with the best rated pediatricians in my area. Dr. Pervos was the first on my list to check out. After spending two minutes with him I decided to cancel my other consults. Dr. Pervos is the perfect combination -extremely informative and up to date, while laid back and comforting. Plenty of charm and a little bit of nerd makes him a pleasure to pass the kid over to. You never feel stupid asking any question and he always turns it into a great learning experience. I always leave the office feeling like I AM a good mother and I CAN do this!

The entire Sanders Court Pediatric department is wonderful. I would recommend the practice to anyone needing a pediatrician.
