Poor experience on several fronts. He performed gum surgery on me and there is now a gap in my gums where food gets trapped. It was a busy day and his assistants were doing all they could to keep patients attended to. He was snarly with one assistant who had been working her best to stay on top of things. After paying my bill, I get a mystery charge of $960 later. Despite numerous efforts on my part, no one from billing has called me. I reported this to his office and was told the office manager would get back to me. This was over a week ago.

Just met Dr. Pollack for the first time today. He was rude, abrasive and misogynistic. I explained my symptoms and what I was doing to care for my teeth. He quickly spoke over me and said I was "all over the place," and discounted my concerns. I had severe tooth pain that led me to go to the ER...so I had legit concerns. My regular dentist recommended to see an Endodontist. Dr. Pollack told me that he did not think I was dumb," but that "maybe my teeth pain was from stress." VERY unprofessional!! I met with the Dentist for maybe 10 min. He did not even look at my X-rays on the computer. THEN, his staff told me I had to pay $495 for X-rays out of pocket. The front desk staff never gave me a consent form/authorization form ahead of time with explanation of fees. I had no idea I would have to pay that amount for CT 3D X-rays until the appt was done. Awful experience. I want my money back for the CT 3D X-rays I did not need. What a scam.

Very pleased with the staff and Dr Pollock. I was warned I might experience swelling and pain after my root canal, but after waiting and waiting for the local anasthetic to wear off and he pain the start, there was none at all. It was the most positive post dental experience I've ever had, and I have a lot of experience with fairly serious dental issues. Thank you.

Everyone tried to be as accommodating as possible and tried to reassure me throughout the process.

After being told the prognosis and treatment that it was determined I needed I was visibly upset. The doctor and staff were patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns prior to proceeding with the treatment.
