Dr. Richard Patrick Porreco, MD

27 years ago he literally saved my life as well as my daughters life.

Dr. Porreco is the best, simply the best. I think about him and his team often and how grateful I am for them. My son is 6 years old and when I reflect on his pregnancy I think about how much more scared I should of been but Dr. Porreco made me feel safe and confident. He is a fantastic physician, he is so smart. Anyone with a high risk pregnancy should work hard to get in to see him. My son was in crisis at 25 weeks and expected to born within two weeks but Dr. Porreco was able to stabilize us and he made it to 36 weeks. He is 6 years old and thriving. When I think back I have so much gratitude for him and our experience.

I cannot say enough praise for Dr. Porreco and his team. I am the grandmother of twins that would not be alive today if it wasn't for him. My daughter went into early labor - 23 weeks, she was help flighted from Billings to Denver with the hopes that he could possibly save one twin. She was dilated to 8 and Lincoln was making his way and labor couldn't be stopped. Dr. Porreco delivered Lincoln and he performed a cerclage keeping Eleanor in another 3 weeks when she was delivered. Twins delivered three weeks apart, 23 and 26 weeks. AND BOTH babies are doing great, they are 18 months old. We owe everything to this man and his medical team; and also to the doctor in Billings who knew if anyone could save their lives it was him.

I'm so grateful. Words can not express how amazing this man is. Not only was he three when my son passed to help comfort me but did everything he could and never gave up. Then helped save two of my children, currently helping me through another pregnancy

He is a great Doctor very caring and helps you every step of the way during your high risk pregnancy . Works really hard and cares about his patients concerns.. Best high risk doctor in the nation to me .delivered my daughter and angel baby and will be delivering my next baby soon.

Dr Porreco is an amazing doctor. Professional, kind, direct. I had a high risk pregnancy that most MFM's would not have given a chance for my little boy to survive. DrPorreco gave him every possible chance. He and his partners were there every day monitoring my baby while keeping us informed of our options. He included my husband and I in the plan of care. We had to deliver at 31 weeks and my son survived. I'm a labor and delivery nurse and I have to say he is the best I've ever met.

Dr. Porreco delivered my healthy quadruplets 26 years ago. I would recommend him to anybody facing a difficult pregnancy.

We've been with Dr Porreco for 5-6 weeks and we've been through some tough times and thought we were going to lose our twins a few times, but we are still pregnant and passed 27 weeks yesterday. We've spoken with many other doctors who said only Dr Porreco was able to get us through and still be pregnant at this point and most other doctors would have delivered the babies four weeks or more ago. If you are having trouble with your pregnancy or you have a high risk pregnancy you can't have a better doctor or better care.

I am the grandmother of twins that Dr. Porreco delivered. They are both healthy, happy, smart boys. Probably without the care and medical expertise of Dr. Porreco, the outcome of my daughter's pregnancy have been different. The twins were born eight weeks early, 14 months ago. My daughter had excellent hospital care for 8 weeks before the delivery and the babies were cared for in the N.I.C.U. for 4 weeks following the delivery. I have nothing but the very highest praise for Dr. Porreco and the nursing staff.
