Knees problem

Dr Ravalin performed a stellar shoulder replacement surgery on my left shoulder.

The medicial staff is great. Dr. Ravline is wonderful. Kathy is patient and knowledgeable. They recently relocated from Monterey Spine and joint which is where I became a patient. My main issue is with the staff. The person managing appointments Lisa is a complete nightmare, she is rude, condescending, not helpful and not professional. It is really terrible scheduling appointments or even asking questions. I have never felt so disrespected in my life.

Dr. Ravalin and his staff did a great job with my teenager explaining his injury/ recovery and listening / addressing his concerns. They obviously CARE about their patients individual needs.

Very happy with this doctor, I have nothing but positive to say>

I feel that Dr. Ravalin is very through in his work. He has been very patient with me as a whole. Very good Dr. patient relationship. I have and will recommend him to others.

It is my throwing shoulder and I dislocated it 4 times. 10 months later and it is 100%

Dr. Ravalin is VERY good at his job. I am no expert in his field, but he has fixed two members of my family with trauma that would have been as few debilitating as few as ten years ago. But three thing I admire the most is that he cares and he lets it show. The only way to describe the experience adequately is to use the words "love" or "loving".
