Dr. Reimer spent half the visit on a political rant, leaving no time to deal with medical issues.

I've been seeing Dr Reimer as my primary care for almost 15 years; even before he was in the main Hawthorn Medical office. As a doctor, he is great. However, because of his staff (horrible and disgraceful), I am finding a new Primary Care. When I needed him the most, I could not get an appointment nor could I get hold of him via phone OR by Patient Gateway Email. I actually found out his staff never gave him any of my messages (voice or email). After so long it's very disappointing.

I would NOT recomend Dr. Reimer to anyone. Dr. Reimer just doesn't care about his Pt's at all. If something is wrong he doesn't tell you. If you call being a very sick person with all kinds of problems he will not even talk to you. His office staff is not great either. They say they fax scripts and they don't. They lie to you even when you prove to them that they didn't do what they said they did. When your a very sick person, you need to trust that you Dr. will be there to help you and he is not.

Horrible doctor.. he just doesnt care or follow up with any of the test results. I have to find someone else
