Dr. Richard Rivera, MD

I have been with Dr. Rivera for 28 years and i am very hapoy with his care. He delivered my son and did my ob care as well. As far as i am concerned there is not a better doctor. He is on top of every test and finds the best medication or specialist he can. Extremely satified!

My daughter has a super rare fatal disease. She is the only child in the whole state with this disease. There is no cure or FDA approved trearment.and I cant even get my daughter seen. Medical forms needed for therapies and adaptive services have sat in their office for over a month. When I call to get an appointment they insist we just walk in but when we do we sit there for at least an hour with my daughter semi conscious and having seizures only to be told the doctor we have to see hadn't come in yet...... this is the most unprofessional doctors office EVER. Once I called and was placed on hold so while on hold I drove over and walked inside still on hold on the line to find the woman behind the desk eating..... making no efforts to take my call.

We go there all the time yes wait time can be long. I had labs taken there and it took a week to get back it just depends on what kind of labs they are doing. Front desk does need some ppl skills but everyone else is friendly. If i have a question thery get back to me and they have a 24 call back time.

They have had my daughters results for over four days and have not called... The staff at the front is always gossiping and very rude like you are ruining their day by being there. The front office has also been very rude on the phone interrupting and just very poor people skills. :( We used to respect this office but since we have private insurance now and they treat everyone like they are on Medicaid and have no alternatives we are being forced to leave. Stacy Pault is the only reason we stayed (she is wonderful) with the office for the last 2 years and the lack in response even from her is very disappointing...
