Doctor is competent. Office staff is not. I was left waiting over an hour after seeing the doctor because they “forgot” to bring me back in to see him. The doctor never bothered to call me back with the results of my MRI. I had to call several times, going thru the automated system. The asssistant called me back when I was in a meeting, and instead of leaving a message that the test results were fine, which would have relieved my anxiety, she left a message to call her at 8 AM the following morning. When I called her the next morning, she left only the general automated number, not a direct line, so it took 10 minutes of waiting to be told that she was “in with a patient” and had left no information for me. This group is too big, too impersonal and too automated. Everyone’s time is important except the patient’s. I would never go back.
