Dr. Rosenblatt was born in Wichita Falls, TX at the Sheppard Air Force Base, while his father was serving in the Air Force as a dentist. His family moved to New Jersey the following year, where he grew up on the Jersey shore. After graduating from Ocean Township High School in 1987, he went to Muhlenberg College, a small liberal arts college in Allentown, Pa. At that point, he worked for his father as a dental assistant and fell in love with the profession. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ Dental School in 1997 and was then accepted into a one-year General Practice Residency program at St. Josephs Medical Center in Reading, Pa.
