Never explained procedure, was painful had a bruise on back after tortured I was in so much pain I explained to him an staff how much pain it caused an I was blamed for it an that it was normal Dr rosenthals notes said I was hostile. Never again will I go back!!! They said I was to hostile to ever receive assistance from their office when all I wanted was a apology an for them to make sure everything was ok!

We have never had a more traumatic experience than at this pain clinic. They do procedures that they haven't explained. The procedures are incredibly painful and they don't use any sedation. They don't let you know what you're in for. It was an extremely traumatic experience.

Dr. Rosenthal put in his note that the procedure went normal when I had complications. He was unable to accept any responsibility and his staff kept telling me that he teaches people how to do these procedures, thus he can't make a mistake. All I wanted was a simple apology and to reschedule the procedure for a future date after my neck had healed. Instead I just got blamed. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Dr. Rosenthal promises the moon and way under delivers. I was told that he could cure my pain. Then we go and do the test block and he injects too much dye to see the nerve. It would have been fine if he had told me that he made a mistake and that we need to wait for the dye to clear or reschedule because he made a mistake. But he didn't do that. He just started digging around in my neck, blind, stabbing the nerve multiple times for 20 minutes. That is when he told me about the dye and not being able to see the nerve. I was at a 10 on the pain scale and so he said that when I felt the very intense pain that he would inject the anesthetic. After the procedure was finally over I was at a 9, the block failed and just took the edge off the pain and I also had radiating pain which was new. I told him about my increased pain and him and his staff did not care. I would seek care from someone else if I was you. He seems to care only about money so if he can make a lot of money off… of you then you are his primary target. People in pain deserve so much better.
