Dr. Richard Stat Roth, MD

Smart doctor with an excellent bedside manner. He listens, he's patient and documents the visit thoroughly. The office is very nice and his staff is very nice and even more importantly EFFICIENT!

Dr. Roth provided me with his expertise and talents regarding an infected abscess I had contracted between my 3rd and 4th spinal disks. He and his very efficient staff were able to remove the abscess and to treat the infection with a combination of infused drugs over a 6 week time period. He was able to arrange for the tutoring of my wife to be able to handle the infusions of the drugs for the final 2 weeks of this treatment. During follow-ups after I left the hospital care, he was extremely helpful and uplifting as well as being efficient and on time for all appointments. As well as potentially saving my life, he was a pleasure to work with. He gave complete and explicit instructions. He and his staff were available at all times to answer questions and follow up on procedures. I have never had a doctor that was any better at serving his patients. I sincerely hope I never have to use him in the future, but, if I do, I will be completely confident in his ability to make me… well.

After discussing my situation and asking me numerous questions, Dr. Roth ordered some tests. I have not been back for my follow-up visit, so I don't know the diagnosis yet. So, I was unable to rate in two categories. I was very impressed with Dr. Roth. He seemed to have a good understanding of my situation and made me feel very comfortable discussing things with him.

Have your questions written down in advance. Do not spend time with idle chit-chat. Dr. Roth is very knowledgeable but does not suffer fools gladly. He is courteous and respectful.

I was so pleased with my visit. I am a working woman and the fact that I was in and out in no time was shockingly amazing and refreshing. Kudos to Dr. Roth and his team, they are doing something right!!!!

It took me years to get up the nerve to go back to an MD to get an old blood infection followed up on ... I was nervous and asked around for someone good. I was SO disappointed with my visit I cried most of the way home. He basically told me that I was wasting his time and he would cancel my appointment and reschedule it for a 45 minute appointment because I couldn't speak fast enough in explaining my circumstances. I have a medical background and I was genuinely hurt. I felt like I had just paid a 65$ copay to be slapped in the face. Just the fact that it took me hears to even go get a follow up and for him to treat me like I was wasting his VALUABLE time - it was horrendous. I would NOT recommend the MD to ANYONE unless you have really thick skin. My 2 cents. Mom of four, 40 y.o. , been on this Earth a while ...

Very professional, Quick and accurate diagnosis and correct remedy!!!

The first time I saw Dr. Roth was about 5:00 AM in my hospital room. I don't recall that he said anything but my memory was impaired due to a serious bacterial infection which had gone undiagnosed for nearly two months. I was in terrible pain, unable to walk and had just been admitted. Over the course of my one week stay, Dr. Roth visited me and explained what was wrong and what would be necessary to restore my health. I quickly found out that Dr. Roth would get right to the point and I had best be prepared with written questions regarding my treatment. After one week in isolation with various antibiotics dripping intravenously which made me feel terrible, I was discharged home for recovery. I had lost 35 lbs. and was quite weak but grateful to be alive and in much less pain. This was over two years ago. Since that time, I have seen Dr. Roth on a regular basis and have developed a pleasant rapport with him and his staff. He smiles and even enjoys a quick joke. I feel… fortunate to have Dr. Roth coordinating my care and feel he really knows what he is doing. I am an oral surgeon and am quite familiar with medical procedures. I know when I am being treated properly. It's been a rough two years and I suffered two recurrences of the infection but did not require hospitalization. I am now almost fully recovered and have Dr. Roth to thank for that.

Successfully treated me for a mycobacterial lung infection. One year later I became ill with a severe case of pnemonia and with out Dr. Roth's help, I my have lost kidney function or not have recovered at all. I told him "God gave you the gift of healing and gave me you when I needed healing".
