Everyone is entitled to make Mistakes. When you make a mistake with patient’s medication it needs to be rectified immediately. After making a mistake you should return your patience phone call and he doesn’t return calls

Dr Rubin is a very concerned doctor who is openminded to those of us who are suffering from illnesses like CFIDS. He gets it that we are in pain and is sympathetic towards it and wants to be able to help. He is a listener and friendly man too.

I've gone to Dr. Rubin for many years. He's friendly, but not like that weird fake friendly - he really is a nice fellow. Oh, and a good doctor too. I always feel comfortable with him. sometimes the wait time is long - or very short. I think it depends on what's going around.

He is an amazing Physician. He really listens to your complaints, he spends time with you and explains everything to you. He always has a smile. He is a compassionate and caring physcian. His staff is amazing also. They are welcoming and willing to help you anyway they can. The wait time can be anywhere between right away and the longest is 30 minutes. I am so thankful he is our familly physician.
