way too busy flys in to exam and flys out too bad he books too many visits in a day , i think is his office people to blame !

Quick, Competent and Professional. A good Doctor that understands your needs and makes an accurate diagnosis and prescribes appropriate treatment. I am very comfortable with Dr. Richard Ruggieri.

He barely looks at you. In a rush.I always felt like he could care less.Its all about the $$.Looking for a good Dr.

These complaints about seeing too many patients are reflective of people who don't understand that it has become difficult to earn a living as a primary care physician. These offices need to to turn over a large number of patients to remain profitable and support the staff who work there, so people who think Dr. R. can spend hours with patients are mistaken. Dr. Ruggieri's office has always run on time for me, I've never waited more than 5 minutes, although I try to schedule an appointment early in the day. They are flexible, and communicate appropriately, I have had good luck emailing the office when I need to make a change or have a question. While we don't spend hours going over every single detail of my health, he takes time and is willing to discuss your health. He is not preachy and will give you candid feedback. I'm happy I found him. (I'm in my 40's and have had 4 primary care physicians, he is my favorite. )

Dr Ruggieri sees way to many patients. I always wait at least a half hour after my appointment time to see him. Then he has one foot in & one foot out the door & he’s always in a hurry. I forget everything I want to ask him! It seems like he spends more time with the pharmaceutical salespeople that I literally see every time I’m there. He prescribed me blood pressure meds without any info on them and just kept refilling them for over two years without me even seeing him. I trusted him & thought this was normal. He’s the Doctor! Anyway I found out from my new doctor that I was supposed to get regular blood checks and be monitored while on them. He couldn’t believe it!! He also heard through the Doctor grape vine that yes. He sees way to many patients in a day!! $$. Thank God I finally have a new doctor that takes his time, is very thorough & does not give me anxiety for the literally two to three minutes that I see him after waiting forever!!

After several years of being a patient, I had was upset and frustrated with an issue. I had request a call from Dr Ruggeri three times. He never returned my call or requests to speak with him. He decided instead to send me a letter to inform me that he would no longer be my primary care physician.

I have never had a Doctor who was so thorough

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF THE DR FOR A WHILE , STAFF IS EXCELLENT, NEVER A LONG WAIT, QUETSIONS ALWAYS ANSWERED IN A WAY THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.

I love my doctor and often reefer friends to him. I don't really have any complaints except that sometimes I would like it if he spent more time talking and didn't rush off. Which is about 75% of the time. He is easy to talk to and listens to what I have to say. I just have to say it fast. :)
