Meds are almost alway late somes as much 3 hours late. If you have pain issues, don't come here! My sister was in a room with a yeller, and it took a week to get her moved. Then, the yeller went up and down the hallway and into patient's rooms calling out my sister's name! Nothing like being stalked in a nursing home. The food is pretty bad. I brought in food each day for my sister. There was a violent man across the hall that beat his chest and grunted like a gorilla. Aids had to block all the patients doors while police finally hauled him away. It's hard to write something positive about this facility.

there was a "one star" rating, I would have given it a -5. My sister was in for 6 days that felt like an eternity. She was unable to use the bathroom so a portable potty was brought in...when I visited the next day, it had do much urine and feces, she was mortified. The "care" she received was not just "sub standard" buy detrimental to her life. She had congestive heart failure and requested to go to the ER as there was no Dr.on-site. They REFUSED ! When she kept insisting, they finally called an ambulance. The EMT was horrified when he saw her edema on her feet that has actually caused severe bruising. He was angry and told the "nurse" that she should have gone to the ER days PRIOR. The day before she left, she was using the potty when her lunch arrived. They put her food tray on the bedside table and ROLLED IT TO HER TO EAT WHILE SHE WAS URINATING! The hallways smelled of urine as soon as you went around the corner from the clean and tidy RECEPTION area to the hallway to the… rooms. The designated " smoking" area was directly across the hall from my sister's room and she's on OCYGEN and has severe breathing problems. If you are even considering putting a loved one in for "care" I would urge you to go elsewhere. And don't slip on the standing, towel soaked leaking ice machine as you flee this terrible place.

Is there a minus star ?? Place is filthy; CNA put grandma on the bed pan and when she placed it on the floor to get grandma situated she spilled urine on the floor. When she was done she picked up the bed pan and headed out - I thought she would be back with a mop but no - 10 minutes later I went into the horrible smelling bathroom and got paper towels to clean up the urine; took my dog to visit grandma and she wouldn't even eat the food; 98% of the staff is cold and unfriendly; put people that were screaming and complaining constantly in the room my 95 year old meek and mild grandmother who had broken her hip. Poor thing was totally traumatized by 2 room mates she had. Why not put the screamers/complainers in the same room together and the mild meek and weak patients in the same room ? Good Lord !

Greatly Understaffed, very poor response time. Very poor food.
