Best experience I have had with a doctor in a long time. Dr. Schoenfeldt took time to talk with me regarding my concerns and did a fantastic job explaining the tests necessary and how to proceed moving forward. I highly recommend him.

He is very rude to patients and has cut back on almost insurance companies that he deals with. He does not let you know that he does not take your insurance until you actually drive all the way to the office.

Dr. Schoenfeld did not listen to me when I told him that I had concerns about taking medications, because I have a lot of allergic reactions to medication. He still pushed a pain med on me, which has a bunch of bad side effects. He did not like it when I came back to see him and had not taken the medication. The thing is Dr. Schoenfeld is paid by the drug manufacturing company to push their meds onto his patients, this is why he has adds around the office for medications made by Eli Lilly. Don t be fooled by this doctor. Be smart and find another doctor if you are already seeing him. Don t ever just listen to what a doctor says and take it as the gospel truth, because many doctors give misdiagnosis to their patients, which can lead to bad results or death. I took the medication after I went back to see him, because he reassured me that it was fine, I ended up in the hospital. Dr. Schoenfeld is stuck in his old ways and can t deal with the fact that sometimes a patient might know what's… best for their own body even if their not doctors themselves. Avoid Dr. Schoenfeld like the plague!
