Dr. Schott injected numbing medication into wrong area, then drilled on wrong tooth. Very painful. on another tooth the cap came off and my tooth was decayed.

My husband was a patient there. He had good teeth until the other hygienist cracked his tooth. He left that day not knowing that his tooth was cracked until three days later. He called back to get an appointment back into the office for tooth pain. They were constantly “not able to work him in”. When they finally did he was told “what happened to your tooth?” And he stated that it had been hurting since his cleaning. They then told him he needed a crown yet wouldnt admit their fault or cover any of the expense when he approached them about their injury to his tooth. A year later his crown had to be replaced because it had not been applied correctly forcing him to pay out of pocket for another crown!!!! Rip off. I wouldnt send my dog there.

The worst experience with a Dentist I have ever had. He did crown work that was not needed. I spent a ton of money out of pocket because my insurance stated it was not necessary. He would leave me in the dental chair and come back only to have to give more shots to numb my mouth and the procedure for crowns took approx. 5 hours per visit. The entire office is so unprofessional in so many ways.
