Dr. Richard Schwartz, is Excellent Phusician in the Medical Field; but has a Big Problem with his Female Patients, I heard several other Patients had the same Problem with Doctor. Dr. Schwartz should Retire from Practicing Medicine, and Relocate out West in the United States. Former Patient.

3-7-2020. Dr. Richard Schwartz, was my Doctor, Physician made False Medical Reports in my Medical Records about me as his Patient. Steal Personal Medical Information, Without my Written Approval, from Other Physician, I have seen for Medical Care. Dr. Schwartz Work for a Medical Office in Perrysburg, Ohio, Doctor used my Health Insurance, for Medical Care I Did Not Need. He had Documents that had Sensitive Information. Physician, a Patient cannot Trust. Former Patient of Dr. Richard Schwartz.

2-1-2020 Dr. Richard Schwartz, was my Physician, but thier was a Problem, he made False Statements in my Medical Records. He is also a Psychiatry Doctor, What he said about me is Totally Different from my Physician from MCO, and the Medications I Needed. 10-26-19. Dr. Richard Schwartz, I can not Trust this Physician, he has no Legal Right to say a Patient has to Leave the whole Medical Team Office. Makes up False Statements about a Patient, no Truth in what Dr. Schwartz is saying about his female patients. The Doctor is the one who is Guilty of Wrong Doing. He is trying to Cover-Up what he is doing at the Medical Office. Former Patient.

9-9-19. Dr. Richard Schwartz, should be reviewed by the American Medical Association, treatment of his female patients. I am a former Patient, but he he still involved with my new Doctor. 7-2-19. Dr. Richard Schwartz was a Family Physician in Perrysburg, Ohio. Join ProMedic, and then moved to Sylvania, for his Doctor Office. He is a excellent Doctor for Medicine Care, but has a Problem with his Female Patients, and cannot be Trusted. He should have Loss his Medical License, but no Action has been taken!
