Dr. Richard William Shuman

The reviews on here is so rough. I adore Dr. Richard and their entire office, these reviews are so old and people should know that the practice is so great. They cared about me when I was going through relocating and had to finish my Invisalign treatment, they removed my wisdom teeth, and they have the best dental hygienist (I usually go to Bev). The team does a lot, and their so genuinely kind.

one of the most important things is how a dentist/doctor treats their patients as it can make or break a patients trust in that person. this being said my past few appointments ive found this dentist to be relatively rude

I visited Dr. Shuman earlier this year. I had a tooth broken in half. Dr. Shuman fixed that tooth with no problem. We then discussed other treatment I required such as a missing cap on a tooth I had lost the cap on, fillings on my inner two front teeth, a cleaning, and replacing two fillings that were needing replacing. My insurance was billed and I paid a considerable amount as my part of the services. The missing cap was never replaced, the huge cavity was never treated, and the two teeth on the inside of my two front teeth he repaired, but the replacement filling material he put in is now falling out. All of my insurance was used up, and the insurance company informed me that they wouldn't be able to cover any more charges until the next coverage year began and that I was responsible for all charges incurred from this point until then. Also I had severe pain from the tooth he did put a cap on (not the one he didn't replace) and I am still suffering with this paid.
