Dr. Richard Neil Silverstein, MD

The below reviews are bull, you know what. Except for the first two. They were right on the money. I dont know if he paid people to write those reviews but obviously they Are skewed. He is a con man, manipulator and will try and take all your $$$. Stay away!

After years of suffering from debilitating health issues with numerous attempts by a number of different Doctors and an incredible array of medications. Dr Silverstein spent more time with me listening and then diagnosing and treating me than all of the previous doctors combined. He came up with the right treatments and medications and was always there to try something else to improve my quality of life.

Takes care of me. Follows up day or night whenever needed. Unlike typical doctors office the appointment is on time where most doctors make you wait over an with no respect for your time.

Dr. Silverstein treats the patient not the disease which is so important. Not every patient is alike although they may have the same disease entity. He takes time with the patient, takes a very thorough medical and psychosocial history and actually listens to what you have to say and takes that into consideration when developing his treatment plan. He is readily available by phone when necessary and he always follows up with his patients with a phone call when a treatment regimen has been changed to ascertain how the patient is responding to the new treatment. As a result I highly recommend Dr. Silverstein to anyone who is looking for a patient oriented physician who is also a very knowledgeable and caring man.

Dr. Silverstein changed my life. After years of misdiagnosis and wrong treatments I finally found this Doctor. I started seeing him about 3 years ago for unrelenting migraines. I am now able to enjoy my family and am able to work full time. Don't know what I would have done without him. He took the time to get to know me and figure out where my migraines stem from. He is always available and even checks up on me after office hours. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Silverstein has been my doctor for about 10 years. I can honestly say I don't know where I would be today if not for his knowledge and expertise. I began seeing him for crippling migraines which no other doctor had been able to treat successfully. Within a couple of visits, Dr.Silverstein was able to successfully manage them to the point where I was not missing work and the pain had dissipated. He follows up in between office visits by phone to see how the patient is doing. No wait time in the office; he schedules his own patients and makes sure there is sufficient time. He has state of the art opthalmologic equipment in the office as well, and is well versed in all diseases of the eye. I am happy to recommend him to friends and colleagues all the time.

Dr. Silverstein was very professional and knowledgable. He spent a few hours taking my medical history and explaining things to me in a clear and concise manner. Very supportive and understanding. I find him to be an excellent diagnostician and my headaches were treated very effectively. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Richard Silverstein should be classified as an incompetent con man who abuses his position and power over people in need of care. His only concern and interest is manipulating and overcharging patients, abusing the insurance companies, and working the system for his financial gain.Stay away and avoid this ridiculous sham of a so called doctor.
