Dr. Richard E Stiefler, MD

Dr. Stiefler is a very caring and kind doctor. He works diligently to provide the correct treatment program for the best results. I am very happy with his quality of service!

The office accommodated me very quickly and spent a great deal of time treating me. They worked well overtime and went far and beyond to assist me. I was very grateful.

I waited in his office for two hours, after asking how much longer I was ignored so I asked a second time only to be given the excuse he is in a surgery and does not like to be interrupted but she would just this once. She then came in to tell me that he was going to be another 30 minutes and that it would be best to reschedule. I walked out. I am in health care and understand emergencies happen but to let a patient wait for two hours with no one checking in and then to say you have to reschedule me is absurd and completely unprofessional. It says something about the way he runs his practice. When you don't care your staff doesn't either.

Ladies at the frot desk were nice. Dr. Stiefler would not let me finish my sentences when trying to describe my problems. He was not personable or courteous in the slightest. I went to see him so he could re-write my prescription from my old dermatologist in another state. He acted as though I was a pain and wouldn't even fax my prescription in for me. He told me to do it myself even after I told him I did not have access to a fax machine.

Worse doctor in the valley, this place is a joke! Save your money and go to a real practice. I waited in a room for him for an hour to be told I had to come back. The front desk told me I wasn't going to be charged for the visit and I was. Worse customer service in the valley!

He & his staff are very knowlegable about skin disorders that most doctors only skim on He is also very caring I have a rare skin disorder that is life threatening and he made sure that I know about my condition and even though I am 200 miles away he makes sure I am informed and comfortable with everything.
